As a global leader in music, Universal Music provides their artists with a wide range of services such as branding strategy, trademarks, publishing, marketing, promotion, distribution, and so on.
Darren’s role was to design and position each artist’s website to extend and reflect their unique music, personality and brand as a musician. Darren was responsible for all colour, typography and design decisions and execution across all Universal Music Australia websites & ecommerce stores. Each bespoke website would be designed to target specific demographic groups, in line with each brand strategy to grow artist database and drive sales of music, live performances & merchandising. Darren created a design framework to standardise components of each individual artist’s brand across websites, social media, events and e-commerce.
